About AUTM

AUTM is comprised of more than 3,200 members and is the leader in efforts to educate, promote and inspire professionals to support the development of academic research that changes the world and drives innovation. Members work closely with commercial partners to transform ideas into opportunities, resulting in the creation each year of thousands of products, services and start-ups, and millions of dollars in economic development, with the goal of improved lives everywhere.

Challenge & Solution

I partnered with the AUTM Marketing team on the update of the brand identity and logo, producing the new style guide. This was followed by a redesign and development of an updated website. The update of the website’s information architecture was a collaborative effort with AUTM’s Kentico CMS development partners. To promote the updated brand and website, new email templates were designed for the marketing team.

Most recently, I provided creative and strategic guidance towards marketing collateral for AUTM’s Annual Conference, as well as a member benefits brochure used in an acquisition campaign.

Results

The redesign of the website has seen a 36% increase in new users and a 35% increase in page views (2015-2019).
