Challenge & Solution
ICF approached our team with the goal of evolving their annual report highlights from a printed deliverable and distributed PDF to having the content available online. These new annual highlights websites helped to showcase the organization’s accomplishments in the past year, while also sharing stories that helped to demonstrate their positive impact in the world.
As fully new websites, I lead my team and worked closely with ICF’s Strategic Marketing and Communications team in identifying and prioritizing content for the website from the printed piece, rethinking its online information architecture and navigation to create an engaging user experience. These initiatives included multiple design concepts and frontend development, followed by implementation by ICF’s internal web team.
Results
The move from print to online of ICF’s Annual Highlights expanded the reach of the report information to a global audience, using an interactive and more efficient distribution model. ICF’s Strategic Marketing and Communications team was able to capture user behavior analytics which was not possible from the printed report.

Energy Smart Meters Campaign PSA Video
Challenge & Solution
ICF’s Marketing team was tasked with producing a public service announcement video on the benefits of using smart meters for energy consumption. My role in this endeavor was the agency’s project sponsor and coordinator. I provided guidance and oversight for the creative and production of the video, working with designers, musicians, and animators to develop the final distributed short.
Results
The video tracked several hundred views over the course of its limited online run, helping to provide awareness to users on their monitoring and management of their household energy by using smart meters.
