West Financial Services, formed in 1982, has spent over 35 years building a firm dedicated to taking a conservative and ethical approach to growing and protecting their clients’ wealth and prosperity. West Financial provides financial services on a fee-only basis, acting as a fiduciary for clients, and brings planning excellence, investment discipline and personal service to everything they do.
Challenge & Solution
The West Financial website was built in Drupal 8 and had not had any significant design enhancements in several years, casting an outdated appearance and perspective to its users, which is comprised of investors and those seeking wealth management. The West Financial team had recently completed a brand refresh with its agency of record and approached our team to help implement the new look and feel to the website.
The focus of the website refresh was on the overhaul of the homepage and general content page template layouts. Working with the West Financial stakeholders through discovery and strategy phases, we established the project goals to engage current audiences and to expand to younger audiences with a more modern look and user interface, including improved responsive behavior for mobile.
Results
The refreshed website was launched in early 2022 to highly positive reviews from both internal stakeholders and customers. Additionally, the website has seen an increase in organic visitors via mobile device and an overall decreased bounce rate.
